Department of Defense Experts in Electric Vehicles or Position, Navigation, and Timing

DSIAC supported the U.S. Treasury’s Committee for Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) in a search for DoD SMEs in electric vehicles (EVs) or PNT to help evaluate an early-stage company that may be acquired. DSIAC staff searched an internal SME database to identify SMEs in PNT and EV, set up a short Web page describing the support request, and then emailed members to notify them of the opportunity. Within 2 days, DSIAC received multiple interests and then connected the interested DoD SMEs with the CFIUS case manager to further support the acquisition evaluation.
